1. 30-Day Return Policy

We support a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To avoid unnecessary returns, please confirm your espresso machine model and portafilter size (e.g., 51mm, 54mm, or 58.5mm) before purchasing. Choosing the correct tool is essential for a perfect fit. If you are unsure, please contact our team for expert advice.

We support returns based on the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging.

  3. If the return is not due to product quality issues, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover original shipping and handling costs.


2. Return Process

When you decide to return a product, please contact us in advance at popsaftersale@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the product's current condition.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first requesting a return. Returns without prior consultation will not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size/item in error, please contact us immediately at popsaftersale@outlook.com. We will evaluate the problem and provide a replacement or solution right away.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different size (subject to price differences), please contact our support team.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
